Under the DPDPA, we process your data for clearly defined, lawful purposes:

1. Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange Window.

You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree/garment must meet the following criteria:

Unworn and Unaltered: The saree must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or perfumes.

Original Condition: It must be folded exactly as received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging completely intact.

No Customizations: Sarees that have undergone custom blouse stitching, fall/picot addition, or tassel (kuchu) work at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. The Unboxing Video Rule (Mandatory for Damage Claims)

To ensure complete transparency and protect against transit disputes, we highly recommend recording a clear, uncut unboxing video when you open your package.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, an unboxing video is mandatory to process a replacement or full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

a. Items purchased during a clearance or flash sale.

b. Sarees with custom tailoring (blouse stitching, fall, and picot).

c. International orders (returns are currently accepted for domestic Indian orders only).

5. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple and convenient. You can initiate a return directly through our website for the fastest processing, or reach out to our support team.

Option A: Via Our Website (Fastest Method)

Select Items: Choose whether you would like to return the Complete order or Specific items from your purchase.

Provide a Reason: Select the most accurate reason for your return from the provided options (e.g., Defective product, Wrong item received, Quality not as expected, Item damaged during delivery, etc.).

Add Details & Submit: You may add extra details in the optional text box to help us understand the issue better, then submit your return request.

Option B: Via Customer Support

Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the saree (along with the unboxing video if claiming damage).

6. Refund & Store Credit Process

Once we receive the returned saree, our quality check team will inspect it within 48 hours.

Bank Refund: If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, the amount will be credited within 5-7 business days after the quality check is passed.

Note: Original shipping charges and cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience fees are non-refundable. A nominal reverse pickup fee of ₹50 may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: All standard saree orders are meticulously quality-checked, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

•\tStandard Prepaid Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

•\tCash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹2500. A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 will be applied to your total at checkout. For orders above ₹2500 nominal COD convenience fee of ₹99 will be applied to your total at checkout.

Order Tracking

•\tOnce your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS. This message will include your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link.

•\tYou can also monitor the real-time status of your delivery by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your order history.

Delivery Guidelines & Support

•\tAddress Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are completely accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

•\tFailed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. If the package is returned to us (RTO) due to unavailability, a standard reshipping fee will apply to dispatch it again.

•\tTampered Packages: If the outer packaging appears heavily tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
